Megan brings over five years of experience as a business analyst and project manager. She has the ability to identify core business needs and translate them into appropriate solutions and deliverables. She is skilled at enhancing and optimizing business processes to ensure growth and success. She is experienced with evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. She has provided leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. Most recently, Megan was a project manager for the IT implementation of the ACO implementation. Her learning and training program experience includes working with both management and staff cross-functionally and enterprise-wide across administrative, financial and operational areas at provider and health plan organizations.
