The client is a leading health insurer for a Medicaid Managed Care health plan in the Northeast serving over 250,000 members.
The organization is required to design, implement and report against healthcare quality initiatives annually to state and federal government stakeholders. These initiatives are to increase usage of healthcare benefits that will reduce the usage of emergency room visits. The reports require gathering data from multiple systems, defining and incorporating required metrics and analyzing against previous years’ data.
This project required gathering data, working cross-functionally to determine work completed against required initiatives, analyzing the information and producing the reports.
Ninestone was brought in to provide project management and business analysis support. In addition, we provided technical direction to ensure that the software and documentation were captured for the future.
The required reports were completed and sent with an on-time completion.
