Ninestone was engaged to provide several layers of support for a managed care system implementation. Ninestone was brought into the project after initiation to bring a solid structure and well defined approach that enabled the client to meet an established go-live date. Ninestone provided the following support:
- Project Management support for customer, addressing project administration and coordination including go-live planning, parallel testing, etc.
- Leadership for business decisions, sign-off and testing of financial modules, including premium billing, accounts receivable, capitation, check runs, etc.
- Served as team lead for unit testing and parallel testing; lead analyst for Configuration team
- Interim Director of Business Analysis and Configuration
- Served as the lead for day-to-day vendor relationship management
