Leadership
Jennifer Venditti is President of Ninestone. She has over twenty years’ experience in the healthcare industry, including positions at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and IDX Systems Corporation. Her focus has been on working with healthcare organizations to maximize the use of technology to support business processes. Through her work with a wide variety of healthcare organizations, Jennifer has gained valuable experience with a variety of software vendors, including HealthTrio, QCSI (now TriZetto), IDX (now GE Healthcare), Siemens, McKesson, Companion Technologies, AllScripts, and CSC.
Jennifer founded Ninestone in order to capitalize on her experience in the payer and provider arenas. In the last several years she has worked on system selection and implementation efforts, business process redesign and operational improvement initiatives, and has held interim IT management positions.
Sheryl Zarozny is a Vice President with Ninestone. She has nearly twenty-five years’ experience in the insurance industry, with most of that time in healthcare insurance, including positions at Fallon Community Health Plan, Fallon Healthcare System (an integrated delivery system consisting of a hospital, provider group and HMO), Keane, Inc. as well as independent consulting to both payer and provider organizations. Her focus has been on working with healthcare organizations in business process improvement, interim management, applications selection and implementations functioning in both IT and business roles. She has experience with a variety of software vendors, including IDX (now GE Healthcare), TriZetto, MEDecision, McKesson, Click4Care, SunGard and some exposure to provider clinical systems. Many of the projects Sheryl has been involved with were struggling so she was brought in to fix the issues and get the project back on track.
Sheryl has served on the Board of Advisors and as President and Treasurer of the Managed Care Advisory Group, a user group of IDX application customers. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an active member of her local PMI Chapter.
