Diane is a Senior Consultant with Ninestone Corporation. She has over thirty years of project management experience in advancing healthcare entities’ ability to integrate and operationalize new programs and products, problem-solve, clarify decision-making, meet deliverables, manage risk, and comply with state and federal requirements. She provides a content-driven versatility of healthcare program analysis and advisory services that address time-critical solutions for the changing internal and external business and government environment. Most recently, Diane was engaged by a Managed Care Organization Care Management Department to support the MassHealth Reform ACO/MCO Behavioral Health (BH) and Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Community Partner implementation. In two phases, she provided business analysis, policy and procedure review, and gap identification, organization of required readiness documentation and submission. She then worked with the Department’s clinical staff to facilitate joint meetings in support of the ACOs and CPs understanding of their new relationships, roles, responsibilities, and processes for data exchange and the integration of care coordination activities. Her experience is founded on early and progressively more complex managed care/payer development, new product implementation, and operations that included provider services, care management, cost containment, IT system definition, and claims processing.
